Refunds : A refund can be processed for the most recent payment, taking into account any scheduled charges within the 2-day refund period. Payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Updates and Maintenance : With payments up-to-date, clients are entitled to regular software updates. Maintenance services are provided on request, ensuring no unsolicited changes to your system.
Restrictions : Our licensing policy prohibits, unless otherwise agreed upon, the transfer or reselling of licenses. License key sharing is strictly controlled to prevent unauthorized use.
Disputes : Please just contact us for a refund instead of opening a dispute. All disputes will be handled at customer expense. If you choose to create a payment dispute you will be invoiced for time and fees.
PayPal Subscription Cancellation : PayPal Subscriptions must be cancelled within your PayPal account at your own discretion.
